All items for returns or exchanges must have original tags and packaging.
Any items for exchanges are 30 days.
Customers are responsible for returns postage and we advise to keep proof of postage.
We do ensure our products are 100% at highest standards and are always quality checked by our suppliers. If any faulty items please return within 30 days.
Please note: when items have been received it can take up to 7- 14 working days to process the refund and for funds to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
